CVC fleece baby romper with center back print:

1. Fabric: 65% cotton  35% polyester fleece 280/m2

2. Size: 3-18 months

3. Printing: center back print 

4. Printing method: plastisol print

5. Feature: Very soft hand feel.

6. Design: Yarn dyed flatknit rib collar and cuff.  We are able to change this design follow our customer's requirements.

Quality Control:

• Before bulk production we will send bulk fabric sample, label sample, accessories samples, fit samples and pre-production samples to our clients for approval, after all the samples' been approved, then we would start bulk production absed on these samples.
• There are at least one QC at each production line all the time to make sure the the quality of the garments are good. We will pick up all the defective garments before shipment to make sure all the garments that our clients received are in a very good condition.
• All of the production will pass the needle detecting machine before packing.
• Before shipment we will send you the shipping sample which could reflect all bulk garments quality for you to approve quality of bulk garments
• We will make the final inspection in the factory before shipment.
